Declarations of Conformity with regards to the Directive on Recreational Craft and Personal Watercraft (2013/53/EU)
The person responsible for placing on the market must issue and make available to the consumer a Declaration of Conformity (DoC) for each product in accordance with the Recreational Craft and Personal Watercraft Directive (2013/53/EU).
The language of the DoC must be one of the official languages of the recipient country.
