ENAVE – Ente Navale Europeo and Wanve Inspection and Certification Group
Signed Strategic Agreement for Synergies in Industrial Certifications
ENAVE Ente Navale Europeo, an Italian certification body based in Fano, and Wanve Inspection & Certification Group, a Chinese leader in export certifications for industrial products, have today signed a strategic partnership agreement that includes a transfer of equity shares.
The official ceremony, which took place at Castello Montegiove Country House in Fano, marks a significant milestone in international expansion for both companies. “Eusebiassociati srl stp – multidisciplinare” assisted Enave in the partnership agreement, and the signing took place at the notary office “Notai Associati Morico Caccavale Travaglini”.
This partnership strengthens ENAVE’s position in the industrial certifications sector and represents a strategic opportunity for Wanve to expand in the European market.
WANVE – Inspection & Certification Group
Wanve, founded in 2005 in Hangzhou, has developed extensive experience in export certifications for global markets, with a particular focus on emerging markets. In 2013, the company established its own testing laboratory, which in 2016 obtained ISO/IEC 17025 recognition from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and numerous international qualifications.
ENAVE – Ente Navale Europeo
For ENAVE, founded in 2012 and initially specialized in naval certification, this partnership represents a significant acceleration in the diversification process towards the industrial certifications sector, with a particular focus on the Machinery Directive and the Noise Directive. The company, which already operates in seven European countries and China, will strengthen its position as a notified body with certification capabilities in multiple sectors.
Statement by the CEOs
“This partnership unites two complementary entities that share an advanced technological vision in the field of certifications,” stated Eng. Giuseppe Macolino, CEO of ENAVE. “Our experience in European certification procedures combines with Wanve’s established international presence and their deep knowledge of certifications for global markets, creating an integrated offering that addresses the internationalization needs of industries in both countries.”
For his part, Mr. SU, Chairman of Wanve, emphasized: “For many Chinese industrial companies, access to the European market represents a complex regulatory challenge. The partnership with ENAVE allows us to offer our clients a complete service from design to final certification according to European standards, significantly reducing market access time and ensuring full regulatory compliance.”
